Qualifications

• Experience using mortgage origination applications.
• Knowledge of mortgage products/servicing, operations, and market trends.
• Proven mortgage production of $5 million over the past year.
• Proven success in establishing referral relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active NMLS license in compliance with federal requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, developers, branches and referral sources.
• Contact potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business.
• Counsel customers on eligible products to fit financial needs without steering.
• Assist customers with completing loan applications and required disclosures on time.
