Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in a customer service role, preferably banking.
• NMLS certification within 1 year of employment.
• Ability to travel for client and community engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients and guide them through the mortgage process from document collection to closing.
• Learn to originate and process conforming and non-conforming residential mortgages with accuracy and compliance.
• Develop relationships with realtors, attorneys, builders, and internal partners to expand C&N’s mortgage presence.
