Job summary

Centier Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to solicit mortgage referrals, interview applicants, and guide them through the loan process. You will collect required documents, review credit history, and communicate loan costs clearly to clients while building relationships in the community.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business and at least 3 years of commissioned lending experience. Hours Monday–Friday; on-site with opportunities to grow within a respected community bank.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
3 years commissioned lending experience.
Ability to interview loan applicants and document income, debt, and credit history.
Proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Solicit mortgage loan referrals from realtors, builders, and others.
Interview loan applicants and collect income, tax returns, and other documents.
Explain loan costs and closing fees to borrowers.
Process and submit applications to loan processing.
Represent the bank at community events and within the referral network.
