Job summary

Elements Financial in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to build relationships with members, realtors, and title companies while guiding them through the full loan process.

This role requires 5+ years in mortgage origination and loan structuring, a solid command of DU/LP underwriting, and an active NMLS license. You will manage pipelines, deliver exceptional member experiences, and collaborate across Operations to close loans efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage origination and loan structuring experience.
• Active NMLS license and eligibility to operate as a loan originator.
• Proficient with MS Office and related office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal pipelines to meet service standards and financial goals.
• Communicate effectively with members during application and loan process to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Adhere to departmental sales and service standards and prepare files for submission to Operations.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure the loan process is smooth and efficient.
