Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years related mortgage experience preferred.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants to explain financing options.
• Advise on loan programs based on goals.
• Develop business and manage customer relationships.
• Maintain origination records and CRM notes.
• Handle loan pipeline from application to funding.
• Present loan products in meetings and builder communities.
• Ensure timely disclosures and regulatory compliance.
