You must have an NMLS registration, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years of mortgage, sales, or real estate experience. Expect to travel and spend at least 50% of time away from bank locations.

• NMLS registration under SAFE Act requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Originates mortgage loans in an assigned Non-Bank territory.
• Takes applications and conducts preliminary underwriting reviews.
• Submits loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval.
• Ensures required documents are secured in a timely manner for processing, underwriting and closing.
• Spends at least 50% of time away from U.S. Bank locations.
