Opportunity Resource Fund (OppFund) is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator in Lansing, MI to help families achieve homeownership. You will guide applicants through the loan process, build partnerships with referral sources, and close loans while maintaining compliance.

This nonprofit CDFI offers a base salary plus commission, a 40-hour workweek, and opportunities to serve Michigan communities along I-69 corridor.

Formación

• Experience in mortgage lending or loan origination is required or highly preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with borrowers and referral partners.
• Strong communication skills and attention to regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Guide applicants through the mortgage process from application to closing.
• Develop referral relationships and grow OppFund's presence in the region.
• Connect borrowers with suitable mortgage products and assistance programs.
• Maintain compliance and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
