Qualifications

• 3+ years mortgage lending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan programs, and loan types.
• Ability to manage 30–60 active loan applications per month.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Guide borrowers through the loan application process and provide responsive support.
• Take complete loan applications and collect initial documentation.
• Run credit, pricing, and DU findings; generate MI quotes as applicable.
• Explain loan terms and options clearly to clients.
