The ideal candidate has 3+ years of mortgage lending, strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a degree in finance or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years mortgage lending experience.
• 2+ years as Production Loan Partner preferred.
• Experience with Encompass preferred.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and loan types.
• Ability to manage 30–60 active loan applications per month.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in finance, accounting, mathematics or related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide borrowers through the loan application process and provide responsive support.
• Take complete loan applications and collect required documents.
• Run credit reports, loan pricing, and DU findings.
• Generate mortgage insurance quotes when applicable.
• Explain loan terms, policies, guidelines, and product options clearly.
• Provide current loan rate information on request.
• Request loan disclosures for pre-approvals and purchase contracts.
• Assist clients with reviewing and signing disclosures.
• Complete origination milestones in Encompass and submit documentation to processing.
• Review loan files for completeness prior to submission to the processor.
• Lock loans when appropriate and notify the processor and disclosures desk.
• Conduct weekly pipeline review meetings with the processor and Loan Officer.
• Provide timely weekly loan status updates to realtors and referral partners.
• Monitor loan progress and ensure smooth, compliant transactions.
• Attend and complete required training; maintain knowledge of guidelines and licensing.
