Lakeside Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate residential first mortgage loans and grow our local lending footprint in Chicago-area City locations. You will develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, CPAs, attorneys, and other referral partners while delivering superior service to customers.
Responsibilities include submitting comprehensive loan applications, addressing issues to close loans, and meeting sales targets while working under the guidance of
Competenze
- Previous mortgage sales experience or comparable financial or sales experience is preferred.
- Sales quota—minimum expectation of $1,000,000 per month in closed business.
- Strong relationship‑building skills.
- Good math aptitude; excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Intermediate PC skills in Windows environment.
Mansioni
- Originate residential first mortgage loans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, CPAs, Attorneys, and other referral partners.
- Complete and submit quality loan applications and resolve outstanding issues to close the mortgage origination.
