Job summary

Talentify in Chicago, IL is seeking a Client Mortgage Loan Originator to originate mortgage loans sourced through referral partners, our retail banking branches, and marketing efforts to builders, realtors, and other referral sources.

You will self-source leads, present personalized mortgage products, collect borrower documents, and work with internal departments to ensure a smooth closing and superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience originating residential mortgages (4 years preferred).
• Must have an existing referral network to generate mortgage leads.
• Experience using loan origination software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans sourced through referral partners and branches.
• Self-source leads, present mortgage products, and gather required disclosures.
• Ensure timely loan closing and compliance with processes.
• Provide ongoing relationship servicing to current mortgage customers.
