We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Originator candidates to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing over $10 million in annual loan originations and possess the drive and determination to succeed in a commission-only environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and close mortgage loans by maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new client relationships.
• Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, and other creative strategies.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, providing advice on loan products, rates, and programs that best meet their needs.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline and track record of producing over $10 million in annual loan originations.
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and other team members to ensure smooth loan processing and timely closings.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
• Maintain excellent communication and service levels to clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Proven track record of generating over $10 million in annual loan originations.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, programs, and industry regulations.
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a strong pipeline.
