Job summary

Elliman Capital in New York is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to grow our client base within a hybrid, commission-based framework. You will originate loans and coordinate with in-house underwriting and processing to move files efficiently.

Leverage a robust referral network and digital-first tools to close conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non-QM, and BPL products. Competitive compensation reflects production and loan mix.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in New York or ability to obtain quickly.
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience.
• Established referral relationships.
• Strong consultative and client-focused communication.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume pipeline.

• Active NMLS license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly); clean regulatory record
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred
• Established referral relationships

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline
• Tech‑proficient and comfortable operating in a digital‑first environment

Compensation:

Competitive bps structure. This position is commission-based. Annualized earnings typically range from $50,000–$500,000+, depending on production volume and loan mix.
