Elliman Capital, a boutique mortgage banker, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator in New York. This hybrid, commission-based role offers uncapped earnings and a full product menu including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and non-QM loans.

You will bring 2+ years of front-end origination experience, established referral relationships, and a client-first consultative approach to a high-volume pipeline. Elliman Capital provides strong marketing support and a modern tech stack.

Compensation:

Competitive bps structure. This position is commission-based. Annualized earnings typically range from $50,000–$500,000+, depending on production volume and loan mix.
