Elliman Capital is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator in New York to join a hybrid, commission-based team. You will originate mortgage loans, leverage a full product menu, and collaborate with in-house underwriting, processing, and closing to move deals quickly and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have NY NMLS licensing, 2+ years in front-end origination, and strong referral networks. Compensation is uncapped, with earnings tied to production and loan mix.

• Active NMLS license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly); clean regulatory record
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred
• Established referral relationships

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline
• Tech‑proficient and comfortable operating in a digital‑first environment

Compensation:

Competitive bps structure. This position is commission-based. Annualized earnings typically range from $50,000–$500,000+, depending on production volume and loan mix.
