Job summary

Elliman Capital is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator for New York. This hybrid, commission-based role offers an uncapped earning potential with a full product menu including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non-QM, and BPL loans.

Responsibilities include originating loans, maintaining strong referral networks, and delivering client-first service in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. Active NY NMLS license or ability to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• Active NY NMLS license or ability to obtain promptly.
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred.
• Established referral relationships.
• Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline.

Compensation:

Competitive bps structure. This position is commission-based. Annualized earnings typically range from $50,000–$500,000+, depending on production volume and loan mix.
