Job summary

Elliman Capital is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator in New York for a hybrid, commission-based role. Candidates should hold an active New York NMLS license (or be able to obtain promptly) and have 2+ years of front-end origination experience, preferably in luxury/investor markets, with established referral relationships.

You will operate in a fast-paced, digital-first environment with top-tier service and support.

Compensation:

Competitive bps structure. This position is commission-based. Annualized earnings typically range from $50,000–$500,000+, depending on production volume and loan mix.
