Elliman Capital in New York is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to join a hybrid, commission-based team. You will leverage a full product menu and established referral networks to drive front-end origination, with uncapped earning potential and in-house underwriting.

The role offers speed and precision in private lending and requires a strong client-first approach and excellent communication skills. Employment is contingent on active NMLS registration and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly).
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred.
• Established referral relationships.
• Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline.
• Tech‑proficient and comfortable operating in a digital‑first environment.

Compensation:

Competitive bps structure. This position is commission-based. Annualized earnings typically range from $50,000–$500,000+, depending on production volume and loan mix.
