Job summary

Jobtailor in Keller, TX is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate loans in compliance with company guidelines and regulations. You will interview borrowers, evaluate financial documents, and educate clients on loan products and terms.

You will submit complete applications to processing, maintain precise records in the origination system, and collaborate with processors and underwriters to ensure timely closings. Strong communication skills and NMLS license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Valid NMLS license as required by state and federal regulations.
• Previous mortgage lending or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and Microsoft Office tools.
