Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a diligent Mortgage Loan Originator in Sandy Springs, GA to develop business by maintaining relationships with realtors, builders, and lenders. You will review, process, and verify mortgage loan requests, ensuring compliance with investor and government guidelines, while delivering top-tier customer service.

Ideal candidates have an active NMLS license, at least two years of residential origination experience, and familiarity with FHA/VA/USDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license is required.
• Minimum two years of residential mortgage loan origination experience.
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines.
• Proficiency in sales and service skills, including tele-consulting, prospecting and networking.
• Must pass a criminal background and credit check.
• Current Notary Public Certification preferred.
