Job summary

Jet Direct Mortgage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our Fort Myers team. You will originate loans, provide expert guidance, and manage a healthy pipeline while delivering exceptional service to homebuyers.

Bring your NMLS license, strong communication skills, and network-building abilities to a fast-paced environment with in-house underwriting and cutting-edge tools to support growth and success.

Qualifications

• Active, approved STATE NMLS license is required.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage a mortgage pipeline.
• Committed to ongoing licensing education and compliance.
• Strong understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
• Experience with Encompass and in-house underwriting is a plus.

• Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.
• Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry.

• Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!)
