Job summary

Jet Direct Mortgage seeks experienced Mortgage Loan Originators to join our in-house underwriting team. You will manage pipelines, assist clients with loan options, and build a local network to drive business growth.

Ideal candidates are licensed, ethical, and sales-driven, with a strong understanding of mortgage processes and regulations. We offer a competitive compensation plan and advanced tools to support your success.

Qualifications

• Active STATE NMLS license and compliance.
• Detail-oriented approach with careful decision-making.
• Ability to complete mandatory annual continuing education.
• Solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
• Proficiency with Encompass or similar mortgage software.
• Knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues in mortgage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and forecast loan pipelines and ensure timely documentation.
• Deliver superior customer service by understanding clients' needs and offering suitable mortgage products.
• Build and maintain a professional network of Realtors and referral partners.
• Self-generate business through networking and local market presence.
• Meet monthly sales goals and contribute to team success.

• Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.
• Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry.

• Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!)
