Job summary

Jet Direct Mortgage in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to confidently guide clients through the home loan process and close loans efficiently. You will leverage in-house underwriting, Encompass and marketing tools to build a growing book of business, while delivering exceptional service and compliance with state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Active STATE NMLS license required.
• Strong pipeline management and organizational skills.
• Customer service excellence and ability to explain mortgage programs clearly.
• Proven ability to self-generate business and build relationships with Realtors.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Originates mortgage loans and guides clients through the process.

Qualifications We Value

• A solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
• Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.
