Qualifications

• Must maintain mortgage licenses through continuing education.

• Familiarity with Encompass and other tech systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues in mortgage.
• Ability to grow a network of prospects, clients, Realtors, and referral partners.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
