Job summary

Jet Direct Mortgage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. You will manage a robust client pipeline, assess borrower needs, and help clients achieve homeownership with exceptional service.

We provide in-house underwriting, advanced origination software, and a strong compensation plan with comprehensive benefits. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and ongoing professional development is supported.

Qualifications

• An active, approved STATE NMLS license is a must.
• Solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
• Proficiency with mortgage systems and programs (e.g., Encompass).
• Knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues in mortgage industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage a robust client pipeline and build new business.
• Provide outstanding customer service to homebuyers and Realtors.
• Identify borrower needs and match them with appropriate mortgage products.

• A solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
• Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.
• Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry.
• The ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.
• Being bilingual (A PLUS!) is a valuable asset.
