iLoan is seeking a motivated Consumer Direct Loan Officer to join our growing team in Westmont, IL. This hybrid role focuses on high-quality direct response leads—no cold calling—helping clients secure residential mortgages with speed and clarity.

You will originate loans from consumer-direct channels, guide borrowers through consultations and applications, and collaborate with operations to deliver a smooth loan experience while aiming to exceed monthly production goals.

Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license in IL/FL/IN/IA/MN/WI.
• Proven consumer-direct mortgage sales experience.
• Knowledge of residential lending products and guidelines.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and licensed Consumer Direct Loan Officer to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role where you’ll work with ready-to-act inbound and outbound leads generated through the highest quality direct response media channels - no cold calling, just real opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Originate residential mortgage loans from high-quality consumer-direct leads
• Guide borrowers through personalized loan consultations and application processes
• Review and collect necessary documentation for loan processing
• Stay up to date with guidelines and available loan programs
• Work closely with in-house operations to deliver a smooth borrower experience
• Achieve and exceed monthly production goals

What You Bring

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license in at least one of the following states: IL, FL, IN, IA, MN, or WI
• Proven experience in consumer direct mortgage sales (refi and/or purchase)
• Strong knowledge of residential lending products and loan guidelines
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• A go-getter attitude with a team-first approach
• CRM and LOS experience is a plus
