Satori Mortgage is expanding its national team of loan officers who build on existing networks to originate and fund loans. This 100% commission role offers hands-on onboarding, ongoing coaching, and access to the Satori Inner Circle and AI tools to accelerate origination.

You'll learn lender options, use proven prospecting systems, and collaborate with mentors to close loans. If you have momentum, a strong network, and ambition, join us and scale your income.

Qualifications

• Have an existing network in real estate, sales, or related fields.
• Be a self-starter who generates your own leads.
• Demonstrate coachability and a willingness to learn a new craft.
• Willing to work in a 100% commission environment with strong upside.

Responsibilities

• Turn your network into funded loans by origination.</br>Build relationships with borrowers, partners and agents.
• Learn lender options, processes and the Satori systems end-to-end.
• Utilize proven prospecting methods and internal AI tools to scale activity.
• Work with a pod leader and mentors to close loans efficiently.
