Qualifications

• Already have a sphere of contacts; your network matters more than mortgage experience.
• Self-starter who can generate own leads without a provided list.
• Genuinely coachable and able to take feedback and follow systems.
• Ready to work in a 100% commission environment with upside and no income caps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fund loans by converting network relationships.
• Learn origination mechanics with onboarding and systems.
• Collaborate with pod leaders and leadership to close loans.
• Utilize AI tools and partner networks to win deals.
