Satori Mortgage is seeking ambitious loan officers who want to turn their existing relationships into funded loans. You’ll join a national team of 50+ producing LOs, with a culture-first approach and no corporate bloat.

We provide onboarding, training, and a private community called the Satori Inner Circle, plus access to our AI tools and weekly producer calls to accelerate your success. This is a 100% commission opportunity with real upside.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong network or ability to generate leads.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Willingness to work on a 100% commission model.

Responsibilities

• Build your own mortgage business using your network.
• Engage with clients and partners to originate loans.
• Utilize internal training, AI tools, and weekly producer calls.
• Collaborate with pod leaders and leaders across the company.
