Satori Mortgage (NMLS: 4190) is expanding its national team of loan officers who leverage their networks to originate funded loans. You will receive comprehensive onboarding, coaching, and access to a private Inner Circle while building your client base in a brokered/good-power lending environment.

With a 100% commission model and strong support systems, you can scale quickly using the company’s AI tools, collaboration channels, and live practice calls as you grow your mortgage business.

Qualifications

• Must have an active NMLS license.
• Able to leverage personal networks to generate mortgage opportunities.
• Self-motivated with a drive to build and close loans.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a commission-based model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and leverage your existing network to generate funded loan opportunities.
• Complete licensing/onboarding and engage with onboarding resources.
• Collaborate with pod leaders and teams via Zoom and internal channels to close loans.
• Operate in a 100% commission environment with real upside and no income caps.
