We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer Team Leader / Realtor Partnerships Account Rep to join our dynamic team. This full-time role involves managing client relationships, guiding clients through mortgage options, and building partnerships with realtors. Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients nationwide
• Build rapport and provide tailored mortgage solutions
• Utilize CRM and advanced technology tools effectively
• Attend open houses on weekends (one weekend off per month)
• Ensure timely loan processing and compliance

Qualifications

• Valid NMLS license (minimum 2 years)
• At least 2 years of sales experience; 5 years for newly licensed applicants
• Excellent communication and technical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (attend open houses 3 out of 4 weekends)
• Off on Sundays and Holidays

Compensation

• Base salary and/or commissions (W-2 only)
