Position Summary

Manage inbound and outbound calls, engage with clients and prospects nationwide, utilizing AI technology and marketing tools. Build relationships, analyze financial scenarios, and offer tailored solutions. Attend open houses on weekends, with one weekend off per month.

Qualifications

• Valid NMLS License (2+ years minimum)
• 2+ years sales and mortgage experience; 5+ years if newly licensed
• Flexible to work 40-45 hours/week

• Experience in call center/customer service
• Basic mortgage knowledge is a plus
