Position Summary

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, engage with clients nationwide, and utilize advanced AI and marketing tools. Building strong relationships, analyzing financial scenarios, and providing tailored mortgage solutions are key responsibilities. Attendance at open houses on weekends is required, with one weekend off per month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high call volumes efficiently
  • Provide accurate mortgage information
  • Build rapport and understand client needs
  • Assist with mortgage inquiries and solutions
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Utilize CRM and other tech tools proficiently
  • Ensure loan process compliance and timely closure
Qualifications
  • Valid NMLS license (minimum 2 years)
  • At least 2 years sales experience and mortgage originator experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with mortgage products is a plus
Selection Process
  • Initial phone interview
  • Assessment and testing
  • Zoom interviews with leadership
  • Final interview with CEO
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (Open house attendance required)
