Role Summary
As a Mortgage Lead & Realtor Account Representative, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients nationwide. Utilizing AI technology and marketing tools, you will handle inquiries, build relationships, analyze financial scenarios, and offer tailored mortgage solutions. Attendance at open houses on weekends is required, with one weekend off per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high call volumes from clients nationwide
- Demonstrate excellent time management (minimum 8/10 proficiency)
- Provide accurate mortgage product information
- Build rapport and address client needs effectively
- Assist with mortgage inquiries and guide clients through options
- Collaborate with team members for seamless service
- Utilize CRM tools for client management
- Prove proficiency with tools like Slack, HubSpot, Outlook, etc.
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Follow company playbooks and schedules
- Identify suitable mortgage products and manage loan processes
- Ensure compliance with loan stipulations and deadlines
- Handle various loan types (Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, etc.)
Qualifications
- Valid NMLS license in good standing (minimum 2 years)
- At least 2 years of sales experience and 2 years as a Mortgage Loan Originator; newly licensed candidates require 5+ years of sales experience and training willingness
- Availability to work 40-45 hours weekly
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in call centers or customer service (mortgage/finance a plus)
- Ability to build rapport and provide positive client experiences
- Basic understanding of mortgage terms and products is advantageous
Selection Process
- Initial phone interview
- Assessment completion
- Testing (multiple rounds)
- Zoom interviews with Team Leader & Admin
- Final interview with CEO
Training & Schedule
- Mandatory two-week training
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (attend open houses 3 out of 4 weekends)
- Closed on Sundays & holidays
Compensation
- W-2 employment
- Base salary and/or commission depending on role
