Responsibilities

• Meet with prospects identified directly or via referrals and guide them through the mortgage process
• Explain mortgage products and services and recommend suitable options
• Enter and manage applications in the loan system and coordinate with underwriting
• Sormalize closing timelines and communicate decisions to customers and partners
