Responsabilités

• Meet with prospects identified directly or referred by realtors and attorneys
• Explain mortgage products and recommend suitable options
• Guide customers through the mortgage application process and collect required documents
• Advise customers on timelines, processing times, and closing dates
• Coordinate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to finalize loans
