Job summary

Holy Rosary Credit Union in Rochester, NH is seeking a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer to guide members through the real estate lending process. You will assess needs, explain options, and help members secure favorable financing while cross-selling HRCU products.

You will conduct face-to-face meetings, manage the mortgage pipeline with the operations team, ensure accurate loan documents, and complete the residential mortgage workflow in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree required; specialized certification or licensing; NMLS highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and financial analysis.
• Experience with lending software and multiple programs used in the mortgage application process.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face on-site meetings with members.
• Guide members through the mortgage application process.
• Manage mortgage lending pipeline and coordinate with mortgage operations team.
• Ensure loan agreements are completed accurately per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and/or review mortgage documents and complete residential mortgage workflow.
