Job summary

Holy Rosary Credit Union (HRCU) in Rochester, New Hampshire, seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer to guide members through the real estate lending process and secure optimal financing options. You will meet clients in person, cross-sell HRCU products, and manage the mortgage pipeline to ensure timely, accurate loan processing.

Required: a two-year college degree or equivalent, plus relevant lending certification or licensing.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent required.
• NMLS license or certification highly desired.
• Three to five years of similar lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and applicable regulations.
• Proficient with lending software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through the real estate lending application process.
• Provide real estate lending services and recommend financing options.
• Cross-sell Holy Rosary Credit Union products and services.
• Conduct face-to-face on-site meetings with members.
• Manage the mortgage lending pipeline and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare and review mortgage documents in accordance with policy.
• Coordinate with mortgage operations team to ensure loans meet expectations.
