Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and determines qualification of collateral and customer credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers, communicating progress and obtaining necessary documentation.
• Structures loan to comply with lending practices and Federal regulations.
• Develops detailed marketing plans and identifies potential customers and referrals.
