Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to the loan processing and underwriting departments.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data and credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and obtains required documentation.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops detailed marketing plans and maintains referral networks.
• Makes sales calls to develop or retain business.
• Cross-sells bank products and services.
• Reads surveys/appraisals and addresses issues.
