Job summary

Citizens Bank is hiring dedicated Mortgage Loan Officers in Rhode Island to proactively identify, build and maintain a quality network of referrals, including realtors and builders, and to interview clients to determine loan needs and advise on products, terms and pricing.

You will generate complete mortgage applications, follow policy procedures, meet sales goals, and participate in community development. External relationships are essential to generating new business and growing market share.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience in residential mortgage sales
• Two plus years of retail residential mortgage sales experience
• Documented residential mortgage loan volume in past 12 months of $15 million (minimum)
• Established relationships with local referral networks
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, across a broad range of audiences
• Strong computer skills and experience using laptop technology
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements including background checks and obtaining an NMLS Unique Identifier
