Job summary

Evergreen seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer to acquire and retain clients, work with realtors to obtain home loans, and support loans through application to closing. Responsibilities include sourcing leads, marketing, and maintaining strong partner relationships in the Bellevue market.

Requirements include a current MLO license, high school diploma, and strong communication. This is a commission‑based role with opportunities for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have current Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license through the NMLS per the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain new and existing customers, work with realtors and clients to obtain home loans.
• Assist other Loan Officers as needed and support loan transactions from application to closing.
• Provide excellent customer service to partners, realtors, clients and borrowers.
• Create marketing materials and participate in events to develop leads and relationships.
• Remain informed about mortgage industry changes and adapt loan programs accordingly.
