Talentify in Bellevue, WA seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator to originate conventional and investor loans, cultivate referral networks, and ensure timely processing and closing in compliance with regulations. Candidates should have business acumen, strong communication, and real estate lending knowledge.

Responsibilities include marketing to real estate professionals, interviewing applicants, and coordinating underwriting and closing steps.

Qualifications

• Two years of real estate lending experience with at least one year at the loan officer/originator level.
• Strong selling and communication skills.
• Knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations and programs in real estate lending.

Responsibilities

• Market mortgage loan programs to real estate sales industry and to personal contacts.
• Develop and maintain loan referral relationships with real estate, accounting, legal and financial planning professionals.
• Interview buyers/applicants and originate investor mortgage loans. Input applications, provide disclosures, gather documents and fees.
• Ensure loans are originated, disclosed and/or redirected accurately within regulatory timeframes.
• Prepare loans for submission to underwriting and coordinate closing steps.
• Conduct sales presentations for Realtors to enhance business relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
