Satori Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer who will build and own their business within a supportive national team. You’ll generate your own leads, close funded loans, and leverage a broad lender network and AI-enabled tools to stay ahead in a fast-moving market.

You’ll join a 100% commission role that rewards performance, with real coaching, ongoing development, and access to senior leaders who fund loans themselves. No corporate bloat here.

Qualifications

• Ability to generate own business through referrals, partnerships, or branding.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and implement coaching.
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close funded mortgage loans through personal network and partnerships.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, Bootcamp sessions, and real-time knowledge sharing.
• Leverage a national lender network and broker channels to structure deals.
• Use AI-enabled tools and platforms to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Operate in a 100% commission, self-generating role with no mandated lead lists.
