Satori Mortgage is a national team of 50+ producing loan officers who support you as you build loans from your network. We provide onboarding, training, and real support to turn your existing relationships into funded loans.

As a broker and lender, you’ll access a wide range of options with a culture-first team and practical systems to run your day. This is a commission-based role where success depends on your drive and network.

Qualifications

• Must have an existing sphere of contacts and community relationships.
• Self-starter and coachable with the ability to generate own leads.
• Willing to work in a 100% commission model with high upside.
• Open to onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your existing network to generate new mortgage opportunities.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching with a pod leader.
• Use provided systems and AI tools to originate and close loans.
• Collaborate with team across channels to coordinate lender options.
