Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of direct related experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and related regulations.
• Strong sales environment demeanor.
• Account management and customer service focus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communications in Spanish or additional language a plus.
• Identify potential banking opportunities with prospective clients.
• Strong public speaking ability.
• Knowledge of automated underwriting engines and ability to review findings with understanding of approval terms.
• Ability to obtain strong product knowledge.
• Travel frequently for client meetings or business development.
• Flexible hours to meet client/business requirements.
• Possess or obtain an NMLS license within a reasonable timeframe.
• Complete ongoing NMLS training and SAFE Act compliance.
