Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BA or BS preferred.
• Mortgage or banking experience preferred.
• Experience articulating product or service features, benefits, and value.
• Proficient in using standard office software (Microsoft Office).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Learning Development: participate in formal training programs on lending and loan processes.
• Continuous Education and Licensure: complete mortgage licensing tests and stay updated on RESPA.
• Support and Coordination: update loan applications and maintain notes in systems.
• Business Development and Customer Relations: participate in builder and realtor functions and local marketing.
• Customer-Centric Approach: serve borrowers via multiple channels and coordinate with Loan Officers.
• Collaboration and Flexibility: assist processors and closers; flexible schedules including weekends.
