Job summary

Northgate Mortgage LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Loan Officer to join our growing team. Active NMLS license required to originate residential loans.

You will take loan applications, guide clients through the mortgage process, and work with processors and underwriters to close loans. Responsibilities include assisting borrowers with purchase, refinance, and cash-out loans, following up on leads, collecting documentation, and meeting production goals while delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license is required to originate residential loans.
• Excellent communication and sales skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files.

About the Role

Candidates must hold an active NMLS license and have experience originating residential mortgage LOA

Employees will be eligible to receive a $5,000 retention bonus upon successful completion of six consecutive months of employment with Northgate Mortgage LLC.

150 BPS for the first 60 days
