An independent mortgage brokerage located in New York is seeking a motivated loan originator to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a supportive and results-focused environment. Ideal candidates are active loan originators or those willing to be trained, with a client-first mindset and strong motivation. Qualificações

• Currently licensed MLO closing at least one deal per month preferred.
• Licensed or willing to become licensed in Florida and/or Michigan.
• Strong work ethic focused on client education.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients through their mortgage application process.
• Generate and manage leads effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to meet their housing finance needs.

• Active NMLS-licensed MLO currently closingat least one deal per month (preferred — we're also open to training the right person who's hungry to learn)
• Licensed or willing to become licensed inFlorida and/or Michigan

• Comfortable working withfirst-time buyers, veterans, and self-employed borrowers
• Self-motivated and ready to build something meaningful
