Responsibilities

• Work directly with a steady flow of leads provided daily.
• Originate and manage residential mortgage loans from application through closing.

• Partner with processors, underwriters, and support staff to close loans smoothly.
• Contribute to shaping the culture of a growing branch.
• Mentor junior loan officers with potential to leadership.
